What is the pastoral structure?
- All years are arranged into year group tutoring structures.
- Overseeing these are a director of KS3, KS4 & KS5.
- The houses still exist for mixed age events, competitions and charitable work.

Assistant Head of Year
The Assistant Head of Year works to address the needs of learners who require help in overcoming barriers to learning. They work with a range of learners, but give priority to those who need the most help, especially those experiencing multiple disadvantages. The variety of issues covered is vast, ranging from punctuality, absence, challenging behaviour and abuse, to working with able and gifted learners who are experiencing difficulties.

The Behaviour team are responsible for promoting positive behaviour within the school enabling all children to achieve their best and allow excellent lessons to take place. As part of this they run the consequence room and oversee all behavioural incidents within the school.
